The animated documentary "Srebrenica – Mapping Genocide" can be accessed through the links below. If you would like to download specific maps onto your computer, right-click on the link and choose "Save link as…" or "Save target as." Animation should be downloaded in the QuickTime.mov format. If you encounter problems viewing the animation, install the current version of QuickTime of VLC player. Each link indicates the length of the animation file and its size in MB.
The Bratunac Brigade was responsible for monitoring fuel disbursements to the buses and trucks. According to handwritten records regarding the issuing of fuel, at least 42 buses from various companies in the RS arrived in Potocari and fueled up. Another 7 military and commercial trucks also received fuel on July 12th, 1995. At least 400 liters of diesel fuel were issued for the vehicles. On July 13th 40 more vehicles were issued fuel.
General Ratko Mladic mingled among the refugees, reassuring them that nothing would happen to them. All of this occurred while nearby VRS soldiers began their crime spree in scattered spots just out of view of UN officials.
