UNPROFOR REPORT
VRS ATTACK ON SREBRENICA - JULY 10th, 1995
UNPROFOR continued firing warning shots at the VRS, aiming machine gun fire above their heads for almost one hour, until 1935 hours. During this time the VRS did not withdraw from their position, which straddled the hill south of the town. In response, the commander of B Company ordered the transfer of blockades back toward locations closer to town, fearing that the Serbs would try to circumvent the blockades during the night.
