ARMY OF THE REPUBLIKA SRPSKA (VRS)
"KRIVAJA 95"
COMMAND POINT IN PRIBICEVAC
The Commander and Chief of Staff of the Drina Corps would later oversee military operations from one of the hilltops overlooking Srebrenica in the village Pribicevac. A "tactical group" was specially formed from two battalions of the Zvornik Brigade and transferred to the area around Srebrenica by July 4th. The Podrinjski Unit detachment known as the Drina Wolves consisted of young, ready and experienced soldiers who had fought throughout the territory of the Republika Srpska. They were well-equipped and well-suited to launch an attack on Bosnian Muslim forces in the Srebrenica enclave. In addition to two battalion-sized infantry groups, the "tactical group" had also a platoon of tanks, a platoon of armored vehicles and one battery of self-propelled artillery.
